DOVE NAIRA POINTS DETAILS

• 1,000 Dove Naira Points = N100 Dove Naira. 
• Dove Naira Points can be used towards services & products. 
• Dove Naira Point do not expire.
• Dove Naira Points are not redeemable for cash. 
• Dove Naira Points received that day cannot be used towards services on the same day. 
• Dove Naira Points are earned after check-out is completed. 
• Dove Naira Points earned previous to check-out can be used at any time and in any increments. 
• Dove Naira Points earned will only be redeemed with request by you, and in amount you specify. 
• Dove Naira Points system and points amounts subject to change.

Referrals: 

For every New Client you recommend to Dove you will receive 10,000 Dove Naira Points

MEMBERS ONLY: Receive 15,000 Dove Naira Points!

• Client must give your first and last name by check-out in order to receive Dove Naira Points.
• Dove Naira Points are earned when check-out is completed, and not at the time of booking or check-in.

Pre-Booking: 
For every visit Pre- Booked you will receive 5,000 Dove Naira Points

MEMBERS ONLY: Receive 7,000 Dove Naira Points!

• A ''Pre-Booked'' appointment made at the time of check-out of a previous visit for a future visit.
• The ''Pre-Booked'' appointment can be for any future date service(s), it does not need to be for the same service(s) received on the same day of making the future appointment / ''Pre-Book''.
• When checking-out, book your next appointment and this will be marked as a ''Pre-Book''.
• Dove Naira Points are earned at completion of check-out of the pre-booked service and not at original time of booking.
• Dove Naira Points are rewarded by visit, not individual appointments.
• Dove Naira Points for pre-booking earned are 5,000 whether you book one or multiple services.  

Online Booking:
For every visit Booked Online you will receive 2,000 Dove Naira Points

MEMBERS ONLY: 3,000 Dove Naira points!

• Dove Naira points are rewarded by visit, not individual appointments.
• Dove Naira Points for online booking are 2,000 whether you book for one or multiple services.
• Dove Naira Points are earned at completion of check-out.

Retail/Product Purchases: 
Retail/Product purchases over N1,000 in a visit will earn you Points based on the scale below:

• Spend N1,000 on retail___________________________________Earn 1,000 points
• Spend N1,500 on retail___________________________________Earn 5,000 points
• Spend N2,000 on retail___________________________________Earn 10,000 points
• Spend N2,500 on retail___________________________________Earn 15,000 points
• Spend N5,000 and above on retail__________________________Earn 25,000 points
• Dove Naira Points will be given for both retail only visit and retail with service visits.
• Dove Naira Points are earned at the completion of check-out.
• Please not your retail transactions cannot be split up.
